KAI

Kai is a Certified Master Trainer with a deep-rooted passion for transforming lives through movement, strength, and science. Specializing in Women’s Physique, Weight Loss, Athletic Performance Training, Injury Rehabilitation, and Pain Management, she holds six prestigious certifications and brings over a decade of hands-on experience to her practice.

Known for her elite client roster—including professional athletes and high-performing individuals in Orange County—Kai has built a reputation for delivering exceptional, lasting results. She is especially renowned for helping women reclaim their bodies post-pregnancy and for successfully working with clients suffering from chronic pain or long-standing injuries. Her unique expertise and advanced techniques have made her the only trainer in Orange County certified to teach Knees Over Toes, a revolutionary method in joint health and injury prevention.

A former collegiate and professional tennis player, Kai’s athletic career was cut short by a hip injury. Undeterred, she pivoted her passion into purpose. In 2016, while completing her degree at UC Irvine, she launched her first business and has since helped thousands of clients worldwide reclaim their strength, confidence, and mobility.

Kai blends the discipline of an athlete, the precision of a rehabilitation expert, and the empathy of someone who’s lived through injury and comeback. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to empower every client to move better, feel better, and live stronger.

Calvin

Calvin is a highly sought-after trainer, online coach, and writer with a passion for helping people transform their bodies and lives. With a Master's degree in Nutrition Science, Calvin combines evidence-based strategies with real-world practicality to deliver results for a wide range of clients—including stay-at-home moms, busy CEOs, and even celebrities.

Known for his science-backed yet simple approach to training and nutrition, Calvin has guided countless individuals through sustainable fat-loss journeys and major body transformations. His ability to translate complex health concepts into actionable steps makes him a trusted authority in the fitness industry.

Calvin’s expertise has been featured in major industry publications, and he’s been invited to speak at conferences and events, where he shares insights on coaching, nutrition, and sustainable transformation.

When he’s not coaching clients or writing, Calvin can be found creating engaging content, exploring new parts of the world, or dancing West Coast Swing on his balcony dance floor.

HOSH

Hosh is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 21 years of experience in the fitness industry and has certifications from NASM, NCCPT and Aerobics and the Fitness Association of America. He specializes in weight loss, strength training and overall wellness for adults and seniors. Hosh is a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant and helps clients make that next stride after physical therapy. He also 11 years of experience in teaching mixed martial arts and boxing which he integrates with workouts for clients who are looking for a different challenge.

Amanda

Amanda is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in the correction of muscular imbalances to support mobility and strength training through every stage of life. As a Women’s Fitness Specialist, Amanda also helps clients in navigating the unique challenges that come with the hormonal changes we experience during pregnancy and menopause. 

Having worked in the fitness industry for over ten years, Amanda has a passion for helping others live stronger, pain-free lives. Training with Amanda means focusing on functional movements and strength training that carry over into real life, helping you move better, feel better, and live better every day.

Whether your goal is to shed fat, build muscle, or simply move without pain, Amanda will be there to guide you every step of the way. 

When she’s not out helping clients, you can find Amanda chasing around her newly mobile baby boy, Thomas!

SHERYL

Sheryl is a Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise. She enjoys helping her clients learn functional strength training, proper nutrition, and how to incorporate activities as part of a healthy lifestyle that is so vital for our bodies and brain health.  Sheryl works well with Senior clients who are trying to take that first step after being told they need to start exercising by their doctor but do not know where or how to begin.
